3. Call centers
Call Centers are an efficient means of handling a large number of simultaneous telephone calls. They are usually used for ticket reservations, catalog sales, providing information, various services of mobile operators and the like.
The main goal of the Call Center’s existence is satisfied users. Users want mainly two things: to have their call answered quickly, and to be well served by Call Center agents.
Special telephone systems combined with computer systems are used to achieve these two goals. 5. Distribution of RTV systems
